You are interested in becoming ELHA-supplier? Then please fill in our forms and send them per email to our purchase department.
To do so, please follow this procedure:
- Download the form 'Supplier-Self-Assessment'.
- Then fill in the complete form and memorize it on your PC.
- Now send a copy of the filled in and memorized form together with possible available enclosures (certificates, organisation chart) per email to our purchase department.
