Automation

Consequent automation and short retool times enable competitive production even in countries with high labor costs. With the high degree of automation of  ELHA machines the production systems become almost independent of direct labor costs.

A modul with many options
Automated turnkey systems complete many different tasks and often replace various types of standard machines.

The complete systems consist of many linked machines and system components. CNC special machines can be integrated as well as third-party equipment for tasks like broaching, hardening, sawing and assembly. Additionally peripheral tasks like deburring, cleaning and washing are performed.

Systematics
The 2-axis robot performs the direct loading of the work piece pallets into the work space. The robot enables flexibility for the orientation of the pallet conveyor.

A standard 5-axis robot with a variety of gripper options has the highest flexibility. The robot is positioned in front of the work space and directly loads the clamping device. Additionally the robot can perform secondary operations like deburring and marking in parallel with the cycle time

A linear shuttle is technically the simplest solution to move the work pieces into the work space. This way the work pieces can be moved into the work space with only one mechanical axis. The shuttle can also be manually loaded by an operator.
