KG's ombudspersons for compliance issues. The ombudspersons are available to employees and third parties as independent, external contacts for information on criminal offences and legal violations. They are also internal reporting centres in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms Carola Sieling, lawyer, and Dr Dirk Schwenn, lawyer, are professionally obliged to maintain confidentiality and will, if requested, follow up on information without naming names. Information will only be passed on to ELHA-MASCHINENBAU Liemke GmbH &amp; Co. KG after consultation with the person providing the information.
