On 1 January 2026, ELHA-MASCHINENBAU will change its legal form: the previous limited partnership will become a ELHA-MASCHINENBAU Liemke Limited Partnership<\/strong>. The background to this is a change in the group of shareholders. For our customers, partners and employees, day-to-day operations will remain unchanged \u2013 processes, contact persons and service quality will remain the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why the name change?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The new legal form offers the company one thing above all else: security for the future. The company remains firmly rooted in the region while remaining open to new markets and opportunities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Managing Director Hans-Georg Liemke describes the move as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two managing directors are the third generation to run the company and rely on a solid foundation of technological expertise, growth and clear strategic orientation. The name change underlines that ELHA remains a reliable partner for precision, innovation and quality in mechanical engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does this mean for our partners?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For business partners, this means a change in correspondence: from 1 January 2026, the new company name should be used. ELHA-MASCHINENBAU Liemke Limited Partnership<\/strong> be used.
