{"id":3929,"date":"2015-11-12T00:00:23","date_gmt":"2015-11-11T23:00:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elha.de\/?p=3929"},"modified":"2025-02-26T10:19:43","modified_gmt":"2025-02-26T09:19:43","slug":"informe-de-experiencia-mintmentoring-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elha.de\/es\/blog\/erfahrungsbericht-mintmentoring-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Informe sobre la experiencia MINTmentoring"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Informe de campo de Carina B.<\/p>\n\n<p>\nComo principiante, particip\u00e9 en la tercera edici\u00f3n del programa MINT-Mentoring PLUS.\nAl inicio del proyecto, cada alumno se fij\u00f3 un objetivo que quer\u00eda alcanzar junto con su mentor en el plazo de un a\u00f1o.\nLos gestores del proyecto me asignaron un mentor, que me acompa\u00f1\u00f3 durante todo el proyecto. Tratamos y debatimos diversos temas en los talleres. Tambi\u00e9n nos reun\u00edamos regularmente, es decir, cada mes, en un ambiente acogedor para trabajar en la consecuci\u00f3n del objetivo. En estas reuniones, trabaj\u00e1bamos en tareas o simplemente habl\u00e1bamos de situaciones que hab\u00edamos vivido en nuestro trabajo diario.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.elha.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/carina-b.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:250px;\">\n<\/p>\n\n<p> \nEn los talleres trabajamos diversos temas, como \"Gestionar eficazmente las tareas operativas\", \"Dirigir y ser dirigido\" y \"La comunicaci\u00f3n en un equipo\". Tambi\u00e9n pudimos participar en otros dos talleres centrados en el tema del \"automarketing\". Los talleres tuvieron lugar en diferentes empresas que tambi\u00e9n participaban en el proyecto, lo que nos permiti\u00f3 conocer empresas vecinas adem\u00e1s del proyecto.\nUna de las cosas que aprendimos en los talleres individuales fue lo importante que es crear una red. Por eso, los alumnos nos reunimos peri\u00f3dicamente para intercambiar ideas. Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n previstas reuniones con los mentores en el futuro.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nEl proyecto MINT-Mentoring PLUS me caus\u00f3 una gran impresi\u00f3n, ya que aprend\u00ed mucho y me desarroll\u00e9 m\u00e1s con la ayuda de mi mentor. Aunque el proyecto ya ha terminado, sigo reuni\u00e9ndome con mi mentor. No para trabajar en tareas, sino para mantener el contacto e intercambiar ideas.
