Afin de pouvoir usiner \u00e9galement d'autres pi\u00e8ces, la premi\u00e8re unit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue comme une unit\u00e9 dynamique Box-in-Box. L'unit\u00e9 Box-in-Box se distingue par l'augmentation de la course de l'axe X et une broche de travail plus puissante.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\t\t<p>Le b\u00e2ti de machine en trois parties de l'unit\u00e9 Box-in-Box et le socle de machine en deux parties ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en construction composite antivibratoire. La table circulaire CNC de 2500 mm a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour des pi\u00e8ces particuli\u00e8rement lourdes, pesant jusqu'\u00e0 45 tonnes maximum. Le plateau circulaire permet de positionner n'importe quel angle avec une pr\u00e9cision de \u00b13 secondes d'arc.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\t\t<p>L'utilisation de t\u00eates de per\u00e7age \u00e0 deux broches, r\u00e9glables manuellement et interchangeables automatiquement dans les deux unit\u00e9s, permet de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement le temps d'usinage.
