Le per\u00e7age s'effectue \u00e0 l'aide d'une unit\u00e9 \u00e0 2 axes pivotant de \u00b115\u00b0. Cette unit\u00e9 est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'un changeur d'outils suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 6 positions. Le chanfreinage arri\u00e8re des al\u00e9sages s'effectue avec une unit\u00e9 2 axes non pivotante sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 oppos\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\t\t<p>Afin de pouvoir r\u00e9aliser des chanfreins r\u00e9guliers sur les deux faces malgr\u00e9 des tol\u00e9rances importantes sur la pi\u00e8ce, la machine a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'un logiciel brevet\u00e9. Ce programme permet de r\u00e9aliser des chanfreins avec une tol\u00e9rance de \u00b10,3 mm.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\t\t<p>Le magasin d'alimentation situ\u00e9 \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la machine sert \u00e0 recevoir jusqu'\u00e0 10 rails. Un convoyeur \u00e0 rouleaux d'alimentation achemine des rails bruts d'une longueur maximale de 15 m dans la machine. Pour positionner les rails avec pr\u00e9cision, la machine est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'un dispositif de positionnement des rails \u00e0 commande num\u00e9rique.
