Atelier de comp\u00e9tences pour les femmes MINT<\/h2>\r\n\r\n

\r\nEn tant que designer technique de produits dans le secteur de la construction de machines et d'installations, je travaille principalement avec des hommes.\r\nEn tant que d\u00e9butante (j'ai termin\u00e9 ma formation chez ELHA MASCHINENBAU Liemke KG en 2012), cela m'a d'abord pos\u00e9 de grands d\u00e9fis. Entre-temps, cette situation de travail est toutefois devenue un quotidien agr\u00e9able. J'aime travailler dans ce \"monde d'hommes\".\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\nLa participation \u00e0 l'atelier de comp\u00e9tences pour les femmes MINT y a \u00e9galement contribu\u00e9.\r\nL'objectif de l'atelier de comp\u00e9tences \u00e9tait de pr\u00e9parer les d\u00e9butantes \u00e0 leur travail quotidien dans le cadre de mentorings et de les soutenir dans le d\u00e9veloppement de leur carri\u00e8re au sein de l'entreprise. Les entreprises participantes ont ainsi pu attirer tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t des sp\u00e9cialistes, leur faciliter le d\u00e9but de leur carri\u00e8re et s'assurer \u00e0 long terme la rel\u00e8ve pour des postes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et de direction.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\nPendant l'atelier de comp\u00e9tences pour les femmes MINT, j'ai pu, en tant que mentee, faire de tr\u00e8s nombreuses exp\u00e9riences d\u00e9cisives dans le domaine MINT. En tant que mentee, j'ai non seulement \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenue par mon sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique, mais j'ai \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 encourag\u00e9e par une mentor pendant pr\u00e8s d'un an, et j'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 aid\u00e9e dans le d\u00e9veloppement de ma carri\u00e8re et dans mon positionnement au sein de l'entreprise.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\nLes mentors et les mentees venaient de diff\u00e9rentes entreprises (cross-mentoring). Une comparaison des fiches descriptives a permis d'attribuer aux mentees les mentors qui leur convenaient. Ce matching a \u00e9t\u00e9 optimal. J'\u00e9tais et je suis plus que satisfaite de ma mentor et je reste en contact avec elle maintenant que le projet est termin\u00e9.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\nLa relation en tandem avec elle a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s partenariale, avec une grande base de confiance. Le travail avec elle m'a particuli\u00e8rement renforc\u00e9 sur le plan personnel. Ma mentor a pu me transmettre nombre de ses exp\u00e9riences. Mon sup\u00e9rieur direct a \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9 dans le projet par le biais d'un programme-cadre. Il souligne encore le d\u00e9veloppement de ma position professionnelle et personnelle qui m'a permis de participer au projet.\r\n<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\r\nGr\u00e2ce aux \u00e9changes avec les autres participants au mentoring MINT, j'ai appris beaucoup de choses nouvelles et \u00e9largi mon horizon. En tant que mentee, j'ai pu recevoir de nombreuses nouvelles impulsions et me constituer un nouveau r\u00e9seau. Le regard ext\u00e9rieur et neutre des mentas et mentors et les aper\u00e7us du travail des autres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cieux.
