{"id":3929,"date":"2015-11-12T00:00:23","date_gmt":"2015-11-11T23:00:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elha.de\/?p=3929"},"modified":"2025-02-26T10:19:43","modified_gmt":"2025-02-26T09:19:43","slug":"rapport-dexperience-mintmentoring-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elha.de\/fr\/blog\/erfahrungsbericht-mintmentoring-2\/","title":{"rendered":"T\u00e9moignage sur le mentoring MINT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>T\u00e9moignage de Carina B.<\/p>\n\n<p>\nEn tant que jeune professionnelle, j'ai particip\u00e9 en tant que mentee au troisi\u00e8me cycle de mentoring MINT PLUS.\nAu d\u00e9but du projet, chaque mentee s'est fix\u00e9 un objectif \u00e0 atteindre en un an avec son mentor\/sa menta.\nLes responsables du projet m'ont attribu\u00e9 une mentor qui m'a accompagn\u00e9e pendant toute la dur\u00e9e du projet. Lors des ateliers, nous avons abord\u00e9 et discut\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rents th\u00e8mes. De m\u00eame, nous nous sommes rencontr\u00e9s r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, c'est-\u00e0-dire chaque mois, dans une atmosph\u00e8re conviviale, afin de travailler pour atteindre l'objectif. Lors de ces rencontres, nous avons travaill\u00e9 sur des t\u00e2ches ou tout simplement parl\u00e9 de situations v\u00e9cues dans notre quotidien professionnel.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.elha.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/carina-b.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:250px;\">\n<\/p>\n\n<p> \nNous avons trait\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents th\u00e8mes dans les ateliers tels que \"Piloter efficacement les t\u00e2ches op\u00e9rationnelles\", \"Diriger et \u00eatre dirig\u00e9\" et \"Communication au sein de l'\u00e9quipe\". En outre, nous avons pu participer \u00e0 deux autres ateliers sur le th\u00e8me du \"marketing personnel\". Les ateliers ont eu lieu dans diff\u00e9rentes entreprises qui participaient \u00e9galement au projet, ce qui nous a permis d'avoir un aper\u00e7u des entreprises environnantes en plus du projet.\nLors des diff\u00e9rents ateliers, nous avons notamment appris l'importance de la cr\u00e9ation d'un r\u00e9seau. C'est pourquoi nous, les mentees, nous nous rencontrons \u00e0 intervalles r\u00e9guliers pour \u00e9changer nos points de vue. \u00c0 l'avenir, des rencontres avec les mentors sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vues.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nLe projet MINT-Mentoring PLUS m'a beaucoup impressionn\u00e9e, car j'ai beaucoup appris et je me suis d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e avec l'aide de ma mentor. Bien que le projet soit d\u00e9j\u00e0 termin\u00e9, je continue \u00e0 rencontrer ma mentor. Non pas pour effectuer des t\u00e2ches, mais pour rester en contact et \u00e9changer des informations. Je suis tr\u00e8s contente d'avoir particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ce projet et je le recommanderais \u00e0 tout moment \u00e0 des femmes en d\u00e9but de carri\u00e8re.\n<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>T\u00e9moignage de Carina B.<\/p>\n<p>Als Berufseinsteigerin habe ich als Mentee am 3.
