Ms Carola Sieling and Ms Anne-Kathrin Titze are the ombudspersons of ELHA-MASCHINENBAU Liemke GmbH & Co. KG in compliance matters. The ombudspersons are available to employees and third parties as independent, external contacts for information on criminal offences and legal violations. They are also internal reporting centres in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.
Ms Carola Sieling, lawyer, and Ms Anne-Kathrin Titze, lawyer, are professionally bound to secrecy and will, if requested, follow up on information without naming names. Information will only be passed on to ELHA-MASCHINENBAU Liemke GmbH & Co. KG only after consultation and in agreement with the person providing the information. The aim is to help the company to clarify compliance violations and to report violations under the Whistleblower Protection Act without the whistleblower having to fear any disadvantages.
