It is expressly pointed out that Instagram is not the organiser of the competitions and is also not available as a contact partner for this and assumes no liability for this. Participation is open to all persons aged 18 and over, except employees of ELHA-MASCHINENBAU and their relatives.
The prizes cannot be paid out in cash. Legal recourse is excluded. Only persons resident in Germany are eligible to participate. The prizes will be raffled off among all participants. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning. Participation via competition agencies or automatic entry procedures is excluded. We will inform the winners of the prize by private direct message and then provide us with their address for the purpose of despatching the prize. Winners who do not provide us with their address details within four weeks of publication will forfeit their claim to the prize. ELHA-MASCHINENBAU may publish the names of the winners and any content posted by the winners in the timeline. ELHA-MASCHINENBAU reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition for good cause. Such a reason shall be deemed to exist in particular in the event of violation of these conditions of participation, violation of legal regulations or the rights of third parties, or the posting of pornographic, obscene, discriminatory, racist or violence-glorifying content. The same applies in the event of complete or attempted manipulation of the competition, attempted disruption or interference with the proper running of the competition or threats or harassment of other participants or third parties. Participants shall indemnify ELHA-MASCHINENBAU against all third-party claims caused by culpable violation of the above grounds for exclusion (liability of participants).
As part of the competition, ELHA-MASCHINENBAU will only process participants' personal data to the extent that this is necessary for the realisation of the competition. Any further processing of this data is excluded. In addition to these conditions of participation, the AM COOK websites "Data Protection Notice" and "Legal Notice", which can be accessed via the following links, apply. These relate exclusively to the ELHA-MASCHINENBAU profile and the data processed by ELHA-MASCHINENBAU. ELHA-MASCHINENBAU is not responsible for the Instagram websites and the data processing by Instagram. In this respect, the Instagram Privacy Policy and Terms of Use apply.
