VTM ht - Hard turning version

With the VTM ht, ELHA offers a cost and technically optimised version of the VTM. The VTM ht has been specially designed for use in finish machining by means of hard turning, grinding, drilling, tapping and milling and is particularly suitable for applications such as the final machining of large roller bearing rings, flanges and gear components. In addition to the familiar features of the VTM, such as the composite material design and ELHA SDD segment motor with customised power, the VTM ht is distinguished in particular by the use of roller guides in the linear axes and one or two cross slides with separate mounting systems for turning and milling. The drive power of the tool spindle is 42 kW in S1 mode.
