On 1 January 2026, ELHA-MASCHINENBAU will change its legal form: the previous limited partnership will become a ELHA-MASCHINENBAU Liemke Limited Partnership. The background to this is a change in the group of shareholders. For our customers, partners and employees, day-to-day operations will remain unchanged – processes, contact persons and service quality will remain the same.
Why the name change?
The new legal form offers the company one thing above all else: security for the future. The company remains firmly rooted in the region while remaining open to new markets and opportunities.
Managing Director Hans-Georg Liemke describes the move as follows:
„We are thus laying the foundation for continuing ELHA in a stable and future-oriented manner. Our values and our way of working remain unchanged. At the same time, we are strengthening the company so that it can continue to respond to changing market requirements in the future.“
Managing Director Christof Liemke also assesses the change:
„The new structure gives us planning security and creates more flexibility for the coming years. It helps us to be prepared for changes without anything changing for our customers and partners in terms of their usual processes.“
Tradition meets future
The two managing directors are the third generation to run the company and rely on a solid foundation of technological expertise, growth and clear strategic orientation. The name change underlines that ELHA remains a reliable partner for precision, innovation and quality in mechanical engineering.
What does this mean for our partners?
For business partners, this means a change in correspondence: from 1 January 2026, the new company name should be used. ELHA-MASCHINENBAU Liemke Limited Partnership be used.
