We are thus supporting the production of disinfectants in Hövelhof.
As you all know, there is still a frequent lack of protective equipment and disinfectants in the fight against the coronavirus COVID-19, which is currently occurring worldwide. Of course, this also affects many Hövelhof facilities, whose employees work tirelessly and on the "front line" for us every day.
We at ELHA-Maschinenbau are also considering how we can help quickly and pragmatically at very short notice. We have therefore donated our isopropyl alcohol reserves (99.9%ig) to pharmacies in Hövelhof. They will use it to produce their own disinfectant and then make it available to those who need it most urgently at the moment (e.g. our doctors, our retirement home, etc.). We are also extremely pleased that many of our employees are taking action themselves and sewing face masks or even making visors using 3D printing - we are proud of you!
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank the many people who are currently devoting all their time and energy to containing the virus, helping those who are already ill or holding our society together in other ways.
