Model of the ELHA training workshop finds a prominent place in the village
The model of the Hermann monument, which is over 3 metres high and weighs 180 kilograms, was erected in Hövelhof at the intersection of the two long-distance cycle routes "Ems Cycle Route" and "European Cycle Route R1". Originally this was created in our training workshop for a mav competition at AMB Stuttgart in cooperation with the Hövelhof training network "BANG" (Berufliches Ausbildungsnetzwerk im Gewerbebereich) and LST-Laserschneidtechnik GmbH. Now we are very happy & proud that the 300-part model made of sheet metal polygons has found such a prominent place not far from the ELHA Plant 1.
Together with the mayor Michael Berens, Hans-Georg Liemke (ELHA Maschinenbau Liemke KG), Florian Meier (LST-Laserschneidtechnik GmbH), the marketing manager of the Senne municipality of Hövelhof Thomas Westhof and Ronald Claaßen from Teutoburg Forest Tourism, the new landmark was unveiled last Monday. A boulder with an information board and background information as well as a bench invite visitors to linger on site.
Why don't you drop by and take a selfie!
