Energy efficiency in production and the economical use of raw materials are not just strategic goals for ELHA-MASCHINENBAU, they are also a social obligation for us. We are therefore pleased to announce that ELHA-MASCHINENBAU will in future be a participant in the Climate initiative of the economy in OWL and is therefore committed to the sustainable use of raw materials and energy efficiency far beyond the legal requirements.
As participants in the climate initiative, it is our intention to be completely CO2-neutral by 2030. to be well positioned. The projects include, for example, alternative options to gas heating through District heating, geothermal energy or photovoltaic systemsbut also the long-term Conversion of the vehicle fleetwhich has already started. And also our own productsbecause the newly developed Parallel kinematics module is a prime example in terms of energy efficiency: Low moving mass, lightweight components and only a fraction of the energy required compared to conventional machine tools.
